The Main Barn:

The main barn consists of twelve 14'X14' stalls with rubber mats. Each Stall has an automatic waterer with remote consumption readout and a ceiling mounted fan. In addition, the stalls have a window and exterior Dutch door. The barn is equipped with a monitored fire alarm system. Also, there are two wash stalls, one indoor and one outdoor.  The barn is linked to the indoor arena by a covered breezeway.

The Indoor Arena:

The indoor arena is a steel framed, wood clad structure. It is 20x60 meters and has a perimeter kick wall. The mounting block is concealed within the kick wall and automatically closes once a person is mounted. The footing is a product called equation. It is polymer coated sand which is dust free and requires no watering. There are large mounted mirrors on one end and one side providing exceptional coverage of the arena and a state of the art sound system for all your freestyle requirements. The arena is well ventilated with three large cupolas and operable perimeter windows. 

The Outdoor Arena:

The outdoor arena is 20x60 meters. It is surrounded by a four board fence and tucked away amidst the grape vines and fruit trees. How convenient to have apple trees just outside the riding ring. There are mirrors mounted down the entire length of one short side. The footing is a sand/sawdust combination.
