On April 1^st, 2011 we moved to a new location in the beautiful River Hills of Lancaster County,PA, near the small town of Conestoga. The farm is situated on just over 100 picturesque rolling acres near the Susquehanna River.  

There are two horse barns on the property, one located at the foot of a hill and the other a short walk to the top of the hill.  The first is a ten stall renovated bank barn, with striking oak dutch doors that stay open in fair weather to the enjoyment of the horses. This barn is extremely practical with its own hot and cold water wash stall, blanket bars, tack room, hay and bedding storage, as well  as its own turnout and round pen close by.

The second “upper” barn and attached indoor arena was built in 2007. The barn has twenty four stalls, fifteen of which are equipped with dutch doors leading to each horse’s individual paddock. The other nine inside stalls have dutch doors for the horses to take in the weather and enjoy. The floor inside is the rubber paver type which provides a non-slip cushioned surface. This barn has two fully equipped wash stalls with heat lamps and storage galore.

The indoor is over-sized and breathtaking. The footing is top notch and kept dust free with periodic oiling. Mirrors are strategically placed on both ends and the sides. The ceiling is done in a beautiful finished paneling, and the roof is shingled. The ceiling and roof provide superb audio capability reducing outside noises and the chance of falling snow or ice in the winter. The indoor is equipped with a sound system for practicing your freestyles, taking lessons, or attending a clinic. Large windows surround the arena allowing sufficient light in on nice sunny days. There are two viewing areas. The ground floor viewing area is lined with chairs for auditing, with a small wall, but left open above the wall for prime viewing. The second floor is climate-controlled for year around comfort, equipped with a fully functional kitchen as well as space for auditors or just enjoying a fine day.
